About me

From Exhaustion to Ease

…and how I learned that you don’t have to be Harry Potter to turn your desires into reality.

As a lawyer, I was used to working long and hard, always being available and checking emails even on vacation. The line between work and personal life was blurred and my willingness to perform was used like an all-you-can-eat buffet.

I did everything that was expected of me – focused, ambitious, always willing to go the extra mile. I had created a life that was successful and impressive – but most of all: hard to endure.

I confused success with status, performance with perseverance and focus with functioning. At some point, I realized this path wasn’t making me wealthy, fulfilled or happy. My career came with a price tag – and the cost, measured in how much of myself I was losing, was far too high.

So I started asking myself a different question: how do I create a life I truly love? I began to understand human biology, regulated my nervous system and directed my energy – not as a technique, but as a state. Not louder, but more real.

Because honestly? I was always too unathletic for that hamster wheel – and far too discerning for cafeteria lunches. Luckily, success isn’t a talent reserved for a few but an inner state you can learn. And I’ll show you how.
