My Success Story
Over the past two years, I have:
– quit my corporate job
– started my own business
– delivered keynotes at the most prestigious universities
– hit the jackpot with love
– moved into an almost 300m² penthouse
– relocated my life to the UAE
– started traveling the world
– cried tears of gratitude more than once
Relocation to Abu Dhabi
Since I’m not a fan of rain, cold or grey skies, we decided to move our home base to Abu Dhabi.
Along the way, we were met with statements like: moving to the UAE is almost unaffordable. It’s nearly impossible to find a job there. The visa processes are strict – they can throw you out of the country at any time.
So in summary: impossible. But since I know how to achieve my goals, the outcome was all the more remarkable – the final decision was made in March 2025, and by December 2025, we had already moved – with a secured job, relocation covered and the option for an independent visa.

My goal for the apartment was clear: higher, bigger, better. The probability that we would actually get this 280 m² place was 99% – just unfortunately not in our favor. Properties like this are so highly demanded that they are rarely listed publicly.
This penthouse wasn’t officially listed either and had already been re-rented by the time I showed up for the viewing. But that didn’t throw me off, because my goal was clear: I want this apartment. And guess what – the original tenant backed out and we moved in.

The strongest form of influence is invisible: presence and inner regulation act subtly, yet unleash immense impact in leadership roles.
The proposed framework integrates quantum physics, neurobiology and bioenergetics. It explains how presence can be cultivated as a competence, how charisma reflects inner states and how emotional management can be consciously applied in leadership.

In my speech, I introduced a model grounded in quantum physics, neurobiology and bioenergetics: A framework where presence becomes a trainable skill, charisma reflects the quality of our internal state — and the invisible becomes strategic.
